The multi-layer structure

TU.BON.FLEX® is a multi-layer flexible drainage system, the result of Bonomini laboratories' multiple years research, producing a structure that is both sturdy and elastic.

The external layer is made of low density polyethylene, a protective screen for the underlying structures, blocking UV rays' dangerous effects, and keeping lime out of the corrugations.

The middle layer is made of a polypropylene copolymer corrugated structure acting as a flexible supporting frame for all the pipe. Each ring in this corrugation is welded to the internal smoother layer.

The latter has the function to transport dirty water, and it is made with a special high-rubber polypropylene copolymer which makes it as elastic and resistant as a muscle.
