This guarantee covers damages caused by pipes and pipe-fittings that can be traced back to evident manufacturing faults and is valid only respecting the following conditions: condizioni:

  • The pipe and the pipe-fittings must be installed following the instructions contained in the TU.BON.FLEX® INSTALLATION MANUAL, after a due inspection by the Producer when the anomaly is reported, i.e. before they are removed.
  • No tampering and/or alteration of the products for which the warranty has been claimed must have occurred after the production period, not even for accidental reasons.
  • The usage conditions (temperature, pressure, types of discharged liquid fluids, tension, slopes) must meet the parameters indicated in the TU.BON.FLEX® INSTALLATION MANUAL.
  • - The products for which the warranty is claimed must expressly show the TU.BON.FLEX® - BONOMINI trademarks.

The Warranty rights are made void and null in the following cases:

  • Improper use of components of the flexible drainage system TU.BON.FLEX®.
HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY ASSISTANCE

In case of faults or leaks requiring assistance covered by this warranty, before removing the products from the wall or floor, the Client must ask to the Producer for the intervention of an entrusted person, giving in advance to Producer a copy of the system plan and of the available technical documentation. The technician will therefore dispose an inspection, in order to check for installation and other faults, and to make sure of the origin of the product used in the specific case. Afterwards, the client has to request an intervention under warranty, writing a registered letter containing the following data:

  • installation site and date + name of the user
  • name and address of the company that installed the material
  • features of the defected product + identification mark and production date
  • name of the inspector appointed by the Producer and the inspection date
  • copy of the inspection report + samples of the damaged items (if not already given to the inspector)
