This page describes the management methods of the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users consulting it.

To date, Mr. Enio Luciano Bonomini is the Security Manager for the processing of personal data and is available, jointly with the updated list of managers, at the headquarters of the company Bonomini s.r.l. in Via Ferri, 36 in Borgosatollo (BS).
Processing relating to web services on this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the company Bonomini s.r.l. or the company Evoluzione Telematica s.r.l. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused.

The user’s personal information is not collected or divulged which reveals racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinion, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical or trade union nature, as well as suitable personal data to reveal health or sex life.
The IT systems and the software procedures proposed to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocol. This information is not collected for association with the identified relevant parties, but by nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, enable the users to be identified.
This data category covers the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users that connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources required, the time of the request and the dimensions of the file obtained in the response provided. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check it is working properly. The data in question could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any IT related crimes to the detriment of the website in question.
Aside from the specified information on navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data via e-mail.

The personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation whether they exist or not and to know their content and origin, check the data are exact and ask for their integration or updating, or correction (Article 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same Article, the person has the right to ask for the data to be deleted, transformed in anonymous format or block the processing of data in breach of the law, as well as oppose in any circumstances, for legitimate reasons, their processing. The rights relating to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 may be exercised informally via request to the Owner or Manager for security and protection of personal data at the headquarters of the company Bonomini s.r.l. in Via Ferri, 36 in Borgosatollo (BS).
The relevant party has the right to access his/her personal data.
The relevant party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relevant to him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The relevant party has the right to obtain indications on:
the origin of the personal data, its purposes and processing method;
the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
the identification details of the owner and the managers;

The relevant party has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
for legal reasons the processing of personal data relevant to them, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
processing of personal data relevant to them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or to conduct market research or sales communication.
